الملخص

This research deals with the study of doctrinal claims in terms of their concept and legal controls، and their analysis according to an approach that combines the principles of Islamic jurisprudence and the objectives of Sharia. It aims to explain the scientific foundations that jurists rely on in distinguishing between valid and invalid doctrinal claims، while revealing the impact of the scientific and social context on the emergence and spread of these claims. The research presents a systematic division of doctrinal obligations، in terms of their agreement with definitive or speculative texts، and in terms of their relationship to the foundations of faith or its branches، with an explanation of the jurisprudential rulings resulting from each section. It also discusses the controls for dealing with doctrinal disagreement in light of the objectives of Sharia، especially preserving religion، achieving the unity of the nation، and eliminating the causes of strife and conflict. The research highlights the role of the objectives of Sharia law in rationalizing judgment on doctrinal claims، so that consideration is not limited to the apparent meaning of the statement، but rather extends to its consequences and effects on the individual and society. He concludes that the Maqasid approach contributes to achieving a balance between protecting the doctrine from deviation، preserving the breadth of diligence، and controlling disagreement، in a way that achieves the goals of Sharia law in religious and social stability.
